• New single storey lightweight store room to rear of community room;
• New lightweight verandah attached to the community room addition;
• Roof structure generally to be conventionally timber framed with some steel framing to suit tiles over the community room and to suit colorbond sheeting over the new verandah;
• New bracing analysis in accordance with AS 1170.2 and AS1684; and,
• New ground floor structure (including verandah) to be a concrete raft slab in accordance with AS2870 and AS3600
